Refund & Return Shipping Fee

How to Return

Its customer’s responsibility to contact the express delivery company to return the package to our appointed address. Customers will pay the shipping fee by themselves.

No accepting return and refund if the product has been used.

 

Exchange

Moe Bella and Moe Beauty Salon accept products for exchange only if it is because of product quality problems, wrong items being sent, and the product is still in its original state.

 

The Refund 

The buyers could get their refund original form of payment. Credit can also be applied towards the next purchase. Once returned package is received, a refund or exchange is processed in 3 business days. If the products are intact, there is a full refund; if the products are partially damaged, refund is proportionally applied. If the products are completely used by the customer, damaged by the customer, and unusable, Moe Bella has the right to reject your request of refund.
